new paradigm of web based software has much promise but remains beyond
the grasp of many in the market.

are lower but complexity of web solution is significantly higher
than older methods.

Effective
implementation requires higher priced and more technical skill.

The
rapid change in the “web world” requires a high degree of
tracking and management that is beyond the means of many firms.

The
new paradigm introduces a level of security management that the
old model did not require.
III. The
power of technological solutions has served to warp business mindsets
in unproductive ways.
